 In the unfortunate event that your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, please contact our customer care.

 We will email you with your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our studio, which takes approximately 7 to 8 business
days from your order date.

 Our packaging and logistics team, dedicatedly work hard throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays, to ensure that your order
reaches your doorstep in the best of conditions possible. 

 For products ordered from our & Sample Sale&; section. please note that the product is one of a kind and shall not be customized, exchanged or returned at any stage. Therefore, we request you to go through the measurements chart carefully.

 We ship all the orders from our Studio in Surat, Gujarat, India, which is closed on weekends and National Indian holidays. We ask you to kindly plan your order with this in mind, as they will not be shipped out during these days. All of our orders are processed manually, and if you want to expedite the shipment, kindly contact our customer care, We will be ready to help you according to your needs. 

Shipping Charges are 100 rs (Standard Charges) whole Pan India.

Delivery Time will be 10-15 days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been put in production.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you.
